All Diamond Wire Accessories

CALIBRATED ROPES

Calibrated wires for marble and granite cutting. Generally the standard rope for traditional diamond wire assembly with spring or plastifield, have a diameter of 4.85 +/- 0.05mm, with 61 galvanized wire and minimum breaking force of 17,65 kN.

SPRINGS

Springs made in carbon steel, in different sizes. The springs are made of carbon steel UNI EN 10270 with diameters of 1.30-1.40mm and are available in Standard lengths L.12-15-20-25-27-30mm; special sizes available upon request.

SPACERS

These particular pieces are produced by moulding in order to guarantee uniformity, planarity and accuracy of quotes and tolerance.

PRESSERS

These particular pieces are produced by moulding. Pressers are available in the standard sizes of 9×6 – 8×6 – 8×8 mm. These products are guaranteed for total crush without breaking.

JOINTS

Joints are made of copper and bonderized tube, with flaring on both sides to facilitate insertion into a cable.

SUPPORTS FOR BEADS

Supports for beads are made exclusively to the client’s drawing produced in any shape for electrolytic, sintered and isostatic beads. They are made with any type of steel.
